The Ukrainian military in the village of Shyrokyne outside the Ukrainian-controlled port city or Mariupol in Donetsk region firmly hold their ground and prefer to act quietly, especially when such tactics bear fruit: an enemy subversive and reconnaissance group consisting of five people has been eliminated recently.

"Sometimes it is quiet, sometimes it is not," the defenders of the village told TSN.
Ukrainian soldiers try not to use military hardware since it does not allow them to move around quietly, and they do not want to expose their whereabouts. And if they are spotted, the enemy begins to fire heavy 120mm mortars.
