Russian Hmeimim airbase shelled in Syria

A Hmeymim military base in Syria, which hosts Russian troops and equipment, was mortared on Monday, Aug 5.

A military source told SANA that at 15:30 local time, the targeted hit caused considerable human losses and material damage.
