The Dutch Safety Board has reported on the progress of the investigation into the MH17 crash to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) stating that the final report will be published in the first half of October 2015, according to Russia’s TV Channel Dozhd at tvrain.ru.
First interim report containing early conclusions about the circumstances of the crash of flight MH17 was published on September 9, 2014.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Russia-backed terrorists shot down Boeing 777 of Malaysia Airlines, flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, from the skies over the Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014, killing all 298 people onboard, most of them were citizens of the Netherlands. The aircraft was downed with the Buk anti-aircraft missile system.
