Nearly 1.5 mln people left without electricity in Crimea — Russian media

As of Monday morning, about 1.5 million people have no electricity in Crimea, according to Russian news agency RIA Novosti, with reference to an informed source.

"As of Monday morning, about 1.3 million people have no electricity in Crimea and nearly 257,000 people -- in the city of Sevastopol," the report says.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations reported that nearly 2.35 million people were left without electricity.
