"We are expecting a tranche before the end of the year," Danyliuk told a briefing in Washington on October 15, following the talks with the IMF leadership, RFE/RL's Ukrainian service reports.

The minister noted that a final decision would depend on gas price arrangements for households. Certain progress was made in this regard during the talks. However, no specific agreements yet concluded, the official said.
