Ukraine's Petcube Bites beats Elon Musk's Boring Company at 2017 Golden Kitty Awards

Ukraine's Petcube Bites, an HD pet treat camera, has become a Golden Kitty Awards winner being ahead of the Boring Company, an infrastructure and tunneling company founded by Elon Musk to cut down on traffic and improve vehicular transportation, in the WTF Product of the Year category (weird things that launched in 2017) of Product Hunt's annual Golden Kitty Awards.

iPhoneX topped the Hardware of the Year category, leaving Google Pixel 2 and iMac Pro behind.

Telegram, an instant messaging service, became the Breakout Product of the Year.

A total of seven Ukrainian products, including Hushme, Flawless App, Crello, and the Grammarly Keyboard for iOS, were nominated for the 2017 Golden Kitty Awards.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Petcube is a successful business project that has conquered the United States, Europe, and China. With the help of Petcube devices, people can not only watch their pets in their absence, but also call and chat with them.
