Kyiv sees rise in price of apartments on primary, secondary markets in Q3

One-room apartments went up in price most of all on both secondary and primary markets.

The prices of apartments on Kyiv's secondary market in the third quarter of 2018 (Q3) rose by 4% year-over-year (y-o-y), while those of apartments on the primary market grew by 5.5%.

Over the period under review, the price of one-room apartments on Kyiv's secondary market grew most (by 5.3%), while two- and three-room apartments went up in price by 4.6% and 1.8%, respectively, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine said in a statement.

As reported, one-room apartments rose in price most, that is by 6.9%. The price of two-room apartments in the Ukrainian capital increased by 5.1% and three-room apartments by 3.7%

As UNIAN reported earlier, apartments on Kyiv's secondary market in 2017 rose in price by 4.5% y-o-y, while those on the primary market grew by 4.7%.
