The fountain complex, Small and Large bowls, has been operating on Kyiv's Maidan Nezalezhnosti, or Independence Square, since May 1 on the eve of the arrival of guests for the Eurovision-2017 International Song Contest.
The musical fountains, whose height can reach 35 meters, were opened after the reconstruction.
Read alsoEnthusiasts create alternative promotion video ahead of Eurovision 2017The Kyiv city administration also announced the schedule for the fountains: from 11:00 to 23:00 on Tuesday-Sunday, May 1 – September 30, musical and light mode – from 21:00 to 23:00 in May and August and from 21:30 to 23:00 in June and July, and from 20:30 to 23:00 in September.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the city authorities promised to install 10 CCTV cameras next to the fountain complex to avoid its damage and ensure safety.
