Kyiv easing some quarantine restrictions from July 6

In particular, open hours of catering outlets, cinemas, and theaters have been extended beyond 22:00.

On Monday, July 6, Kyiv's Emergency Situations Commission decided to ease some quarantine restrictions in the capital city.

Catering outlets, cinemas, and theaters are once again allowed to work beyond 22:00 subject to compliance with sanitary standards and regulations.

"Operations of entertainment establishments and the holding of cultural events are limited until 22:00," Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, 543 new cases of the novel coronavirus COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine in the past day, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 49,043 as of the morning of July 6.
