The Ukrainian parliament's coalition gathered on Wednesday evening to decide on incumbent Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Groysman's candidacy for the post of prime minister in Ukraine and nominate him for consideration by President Petro Poroshenko, who should then table his motion in parliament for voting.
The majority of the coalition supported Groysman's candidacy, according to a source speaking on condition of anonymity.
There was only one abstention and one voted against.

Groysman's press secretary Dmytro Stoliarchuk confirmed on Twitter that Groysman's candidacy had been supported by the majority.
