Only 50 of over 95,000 Ukraine nationals denied EU entry since visa free travel start

Over the month since the introduction for Ukrainians of the visa-free travel across the European Union, only 50 out of more than 95,000 Ukrainian citizens were denied entry by the EU member states’ border guards, as reported by the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

"Month of visa-free travel: 95,461 citizens of Ukraine used their right of visa-free entry into the European Union countries, 50 justified refusals, mainly due to failure to confirm the purpose of their visit. Be careful while traveling," the message says.
