All negotiations with the American counterparts have already been held, so now the decision rests with Washington, Ukrainska Pravda quoted Gen. Muzhenko as saying.

According to him, Ukraine has requested aerial reconnaissance equipment, anti-tank missile systems, and electronic warfare systems.
