Ukraine's Ambassador to the Czech Republic Yevhen Perebyinis has said the Czech Republic's policy toward Ukraine will not change after presidential elections in that country, regardless of their outcome, Radio Liberty reported.
According to Perebyinis, the foreign policy in the Czech Republic is determined primarily by the government, and the president's functions are more those of representation.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the incumbent Czech President, Milos Zeman, won the most votes but not enough to win the first round of the Czech presidential election. The pro-Russia president will face Jiri Drahos in a runoff in two weeks.
