The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has allowed two citizens of the People's Republic of China, Yan Dongcheng and Dai Zhongyong, to buy 99.9% of charter capital in the Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UBRD) through indirect major shareholding, according to the NBU website.

Hong Kong-based Madison Pacific Trust Limited, the new trustee of the Ukrainian nationalized PrivatBank's holders of notes of two issues totaling US$375 million with maturity in 2018, has sent an acceleration notice to the bank, according to an announcement on the London Stock Exchange.

The charter capital of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine has grown by UAH 30 billion, or US$1.1 billion, to UAH 190.15 billion, or $7.07 billion, according to Ukraine's National Securities and the Stock Market Commission.
