Ukraine's Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons is about to start creating a register of facilities destroyed in the Donbas war, according to TV Channel 112 Ukraine.
"We're about to start creating this register. Unfortunately, any regulatory documents – be it an executive order or a law – does not foresee the creation of such a register. Therefore, it will be solely our initiative," Deputy Minister George Tuka said on TV Channel 112 Ukraine, answering a question whether the ministry plans to keep a nationwide register of destroyed facilities in the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone in eastern Ukraine.
