As was reported, the Russian Embassy in London earlier said it "insists on the right to see" Yulia Skripal, after it emerged she was improving rapidly.
Doctors at Salisbury Hospital have recently said that Yulia has responded well to treatment but continues to receive expert clinical care 24 hours a day.
Yulia Skripal is said to be conscious and talking. She even started to eat and drink on her own.
The British authorities believe that Yulia can testify in an investigation into poison attack against her and her father.
