The European Union and NATO should react and respond to the aggressive of Russia in a timely manner, whereas such steps have mostly been too lagging in recent years, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius said at the Warsaw Security Forum, Europeiska Pravda has reported.
According to Linkevicius, when it comes to the problematic countries, the first one coming to mind is Russia -- not a "superpower" but a "superproblem".
