"Today, I made a very difficult and important decision, to step down as Ukraine’s Trade Representative, together with the Minister [of Finance],” Mykolska wrote. “We have come to change this country. We have succeeded in many things, but more is still to come. My main goal was to become an advocate of business, the Ukrainian exporters. And we were working on it together, the whole team of the Ministry. The Minister is one of the best managers I've worked with, a man of high moral values."

Mykolska thanked the business representatives who “confided” in the team. "I must and I will complete all priority projects. This situation will not prevent us from countering Russian aggression. We will be victorious!" Mykolska wrote.
