The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation says 20 "criminal cases" have been launched against the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, while Russian investigators have documented "dozens of crimes against the Russian-speaking population in Donbas," the Committee's press service told an UNIAN correspondent.
