The traffic on Hrushevskoho Street in Kyiv is blocked by protesters' tents, while the rally on the Constitution Square has not yet begun, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
All incoming participants of the rally continuing near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will have to pass metal detectors to get to the site, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko wrote on Facebook, adding that the law enforcers would not crack down on protesters.
Protesters demanding the abolition of parliamentary immunity, the creation of an anti-corruption court and introduction of amendments to electoral legislation set up tents outside the Verkhovna Rada on Hrushevskoho Street in front of Ploshcha Konstytutsii ("Constitution Square") according to an UNIAN correspondent.
