On a sprawling campus on the outskirts of the Chinese city of Chongqing, dozens of Ukrainian aviation experts arrive by bus to help start the production lines for some of the world's most advanced aircraft engines, according to The Financial Times.
Mike Elleman, who was referred to by The New York Times in an article on the alleged Ukrainian engines in the ballistic missiles of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), has said that he did not speak in affirmative form about the involvement of the Ukrainian authorities in the supply of rocket engines to North Korea.
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said that the information alleging Ukrainian supplies of rocket engines to North Korea is part of an anti-Ukrainian campaign incited by Russian intelligence.
