The average price of one-, two-, and three-room apartments on Kyiv's primary market from January 16, 2017 to January 15, 2018 dropped by 6.06%, or US$63, to $977 per square meter, according to the SV Development consulting company.
The average price of apartments on Kyiv's secondary market in December 2017 rose by 4.5%, to UAH 34,860 per square meter, while the prices in the dollar equivalent fell by 0.6%, to $1,235 per square meter, according to the Ukrainian property news outlet 100realty.ua.
