Executive Director of the European Business Association (EBA) Anna Derevyanko says the Association has improved Ukraine's tax index for 2017, which is an indicator of the country's tax climate and reflects the efficiency of the Ukrainian State Fiscal Service (SFS).
The deficit of Ukraine's foreign trade in goods and services in January-September 2017 was estimated at US$4.265 billion, which was 8.1% up from a deficit of $3.944 billion year-over-year (y-o-y), according to the website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
Ukraine's exports of goods and services grew by 28% in the first quarter of 2017 (Q1) year-over-year (y-o-y), to US$ 12.4 billion, which was $2.7 billion up y-o-y, according to the Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Ministry's press service.
