Ukrainian diplomacy suffers from a prolonged non-appointment of ambassadors in states important for Kyiv, according to Yevgeny Magda, Executive Director of the Institute of World Policy.
Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic told RTS (Radio Television of Serbia) on Tuesday that Serbia's Ambassador to Ukraine Rade Bulatovic, who was recently withdrawn for consultations, will most likely return to Kyiv next week, adding that he would continue with the practice of not receiving Ukrainian Ambassador Oleksandr Aleksandrovych – who will instead be meeting with his deputy and assistant, according to the Belgrade-based news website B92.
