Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba says almost 30 diplomats will be recalled or appointed as part of the rotation of ambassadors.
"Now we have almost 30 people in the pipeline, i.e. who will be recalled or appointed. This means we are recalling someone, we have nominated someone for appointment, but the appointment of an ambassador is always a lengthy process and involves many elements," he said during an online conference "100 Days of Changes in the Foreign Ministry: What has been done," answering a question from an UNIAN correspondent.
Kuleba added the rotation of about 30 diplomats was at various stages of appointment or recall.
"But I also don't like the situation when there are a lot of vacant posts of ambassadors, so I'll try to fix this situation," he said.
Eighty-two Ukrainian ambassadors and seven heads of representative offices at international organizations work abroad in different countries, he added.
