Ukrainian diplomats have asked Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide information about possible detention in Moscow of Ukrainian citizen Oleh Nehoda, who participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) in Donbas.
Russia's hybrid military forces violated the ceasefire in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, two times as of 18:00 on September 23, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as killed in action in the Luhansk sector, according to the press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) Headquarters.
