The Russian Krasnodar Regional Court has not upheld the appeal and has ruled to keep the 19-year-old Ukrainian citizen, Pavlo Hryb, in custody in a Krasnodar-based pre-trial penitentiary facility in Russia until January 4, 2018, according to his father Ihor Hryb.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin has called on the countries of the European Union and the G7 to send their representatives to the court hearing in the case of the Ukrainian teenager Pavlo Hryb, whom the FSB had abducted from Belarus and who is now being tried on trumped up “terrorism” charges.
The Russian Ombudsperson has been ignoring inquiries on the status of Ukrainian citizen Pavlo Hryb, who is being tried in Krasnodar after being abducted by Russian intelligence operatives in Belarus, that’s according to Valeriya Lutkovska, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, RBC-Ukraine reports.
The recent move by the Russian authorities to deny access of Ukrainian doctors to the 19-year-old Ukrainian citizen Pavo Hryb, who is being held in custody in Krasnodar after his abduction from Belarus, makes Russia fully responsible for his life, the Ukrainian foreign ministry stated in a comment on the extension of the teenager’s arrest.
The Oktiabrskiy District Court in the city of Krasnodar of the Russian Federation has extended the arrest of the 19-year-old Ukrainian citizen, Pavlo Hryb, who is being held in custody in Krasnodar-based pre-trial penitentiary facility, before January 4, 2018, the press service of the court told UNIAN.
