Kyiv region's Vyshgorod district court has ruled that Yuriy Rossoshansky suspected of murdering Kyiv lawyer Iryna Nozdrovska should be remanded in custody for 60 days until March 8 inclusively without bail.
Sources claim that the main suspect in the investigation into the murder of human rights activist and lawyer Iryna Nozdrovska is Yuriy Rossoshansky, who is the father of the man whom she had been accusing of killing her sister in a road accident, Ukrainska Pravda reported referring to a lawyer Anatoliy Hudyakov.
An Austrian accused of committing war crimes in eastern Ukraine has been released from custody in his home country after credibly denying the allegations against him, a spokesman for the prosecutors' office handling the case said on Thursday, according to Reuters.
Norwegian police said on Sunday that they had raised the country's security threat level the day after an explosive was found near a busy subway station in Oslo. Authorities also announced that they had apprehended a suspect over the incident, Deutsche Welle reported.
