"The largest volume of investments will come when the law on privatization of state property is adopted," Yatseniuk said.

"But there are two key questions that need to be in this law: firstly, it [has to be] a transparent privatization, without any fictitious restrictions, such as there have always been when the assets were prepared for a specific buyer,” Yatseniuk said.

“And secondly, the cabinet proposed to ban the Russian Federation and any persons connected with the Russian Federation from taking part in the privatization of state property," Yatseniuk said.
