Ukraine Cabinet offers to double minimum wage to UAH 3,200

"The minimum wage cannot be lower than UAH 3,200. The living wage and the minimum wage will be the same,” Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said, while opening the Government meeting Wednesday.

“No one in Ukraine will make less than UAH 3,200 [per month]".

Read alsoWhen will Ukrainians get European salariesAt the same time, Groysman instructed the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance to work out all the necessary decisions in this area.

"And we'll ask the Ukrainian Parliament to support this initiative," said Groysman.
