"Two draft laws have already been included in the action plan of a new government, which is to be voted for in Kyiv shortly: the [draft] law on the status of the Crimean Tatar people in Ukraine and [the bill on] the need to amend the 10th section of the Constitution of Ukraine called the "Autonomous Republic of Crimea," where we intend to enshrine the principles of the Crimean Autonomy, which shall be created on the basis of the right of indigenous peoples to self-determination," he told the reporters.
