"It was the first meeting after the Crimean provocation staged by the Russian Federation ... After which Putin angrily stated that the 'Normandy format' meeting would make little sense. So yesterday, the 'Normandy format' was exposed to harsh attack and criticism from the Kremlin puppets (and not only they)," Gerashchenko wrote.
"This is an alarming signal, and I think the leaders of the Normandy format should pay attention to it, because everything that is happening looks like the Kremlin's pre-arranged scenario," she summed up.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that Ukraine had proposed that the 'Normandy Four' leaders should hold a meeting on the sidelines of the September Group 20 Summit in China.
The previous meeting in the Normandy Four format was held in Paris in October last year.
