"The parties discussed the elements of the 'road map' on the implementation of the Minsk agreements for ending the occupation of Donbas. Poroshenko and Biden also agreed that sanctions against Russia must be continued," the presidential administration reported on Wednesday.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin has acknowledged that the 'notorious sanctions' have had an impact on Russia, and their major threats are limitations on transfer of technologies.
