Protesters encircle governmental quarter

Protesters have encircled the governmental quarter in Kyiv.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, about 3-4 thousand protesters have encircled the governmental quarter at Instytutska, Hrushevskogo Streets and Mariinskiy Park. Law-enforcement officers became encircled by the protesters.

More than thousand law-enforcement officers, some of them have firearms, are staying at Shovkovychna, Sadova,  Instytutska, Lypska, Hrushevskogo Streets and Kriposniy Provulok now.

At the same time a rally of adherents of authorities continues at Square of Constitution near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
