Vice Speaker of the parliament Ruslan Koshulynskyi opened an emergency sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Koshulynskyi said that 227 lawmakers registered in the session hall.
“Rada” system does not work, that is why lawmakers will vote by show of hands.
