The explosion occurred around noon near a building in Dontsk where Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Andrei Purgin was holding a meeting, says Russian news source RIA Novosti.

Although the explosion blew out all the windows in the building, there were no casualties, according to preliminary data. However, the meeting had to be stopped.

Pro-Russian militants in the city said the explosion had been caused by a Tochka-U missile, the BBC reported.
