"The humanitarian cargo has already passed the customs clearance in strict accordance with international law at the Donetsk and the Matveev-Kurgan border checkpoints," the report says.

It is emphasized that the procedures at the chekpoint were carried out in presence of the Ukrainian customs and border service officials, as well as the OSCE observers.

As reported, this humanitarian convoy consists of more than 100 trucks carrying a total of over 1,100 tonnes of cargo. Russia says that they are carrying food and medicine.
