"As of today, the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic has completely disconnected from the Ukrainian power supply," Moskal said.

"That means that the thermal power plant in the village of Shastya and the thermoelectric plant in Severodonetsk do not send a kilowatt to the occupied territories. All of the electricity comes from the Russian Federation," he said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, according to the Chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal, the militants turned off gas to villages controlled by the Ukrainian government and stationed armed guards at gas distribution stations.
