"The militants have no guidelines and formats of agreements. Starting from 1800 on Tuesday, they fired for a maximum of an hour on a territory where people do not want war. They fired banned artillery, mortars and rocket-propelled grenades, and other weapons available to them," the report says.

According to the report, in the direction of Artemivsk the militants fired 152mm artillery on the village of Druzhba. They also fired 120 mm mortars and tank weapons on the villages of Leninske and Kirove.
