"Abiding by the Minsk agreements, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are completing preparation of weapons, which are to be withdrawn from the demarcation line at a distance of at least 15 km," the report says.

The second phase will start tomorrow, and the pullback of weapons should be carried out simultaneously by both parties, the press center said.

"We should wait until our enemy gets ready for the same actions," the press center added.
