In the Luhansk sector, Russian-backed militants used mortars of various calibers, anti-tank missile systems and grenade launchers to attack the villages of Kostomarove, Krymske, Novo-Oleksandrivka, Triokhizbenka, and Sokilnyky. They also engaged infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms to shell the village of Stanytsia Luhanska.
