As UNIAN reported earlier, the EU proposed to create the Internet platform in order to present information about media manipulation and propaganda, to support initiatives for the creation of TV channels, Web portals, radio and print media in Russian, to encourage the exchange of products within the EU, and to offer products to the current Russian media.

As reported earlier, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia and Lithuania called on the European Commission to create media channels for information resistance to Russian propaganda.
