"We have proposed the most harmless solution possible, in my opinion. Since we are talking about the risks of the replacement of the Ukrainian goods with the European products at dumping prices for us, we have suggested establishing quotas regarding the goods from such "risk groups" within their maximum export volume to Russia in recent years," said Russia’s First Deputy Minister of Economic Development Aleksey Likhachev, Russian information agency TASS reported.
Likhachev noted that state duty tax would be imposed only on goods supplied above these quotas, and such measure would not contradict the WTO procedures.
