In particular, Colonel-General Yuriy Baidak was dismissed from his post as commander of the Air Force of Ukraine under presidential decrees No. 415/2015 and No. 416/2015, which were posted on the president's official website.

Baidak was dismissed from military service in the reserve for health reasons with the right to wear a military uniform.

Part-time adviser Mykola Tomenko, who was appointed to advise the president on humanitarian issues and on the city of Kyiv last summer, was dismissed under decree No. 414/2015.

Tomenko, who is MP from the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko and head of the parliament's committee for environment issues, was vice prime minister for humanitarian issues in the government of Yulia Tymoshenko in February-September 2005.

In April 2014, he announced support for Petro Poroshenko, who was running for president, and agreed with the future president on the development and implementation of a humanitarian strategy of Ukraine.
