"The combined Russian-separatist troops deployed to the north of the city of Luhansk are deliberately trying to demonstrate they have been pulling back their military hardware. The withdrawal of three to five tanks in groups in every sector near the town of Schastia, the villages of Stanytsia Luhanska, Vesela Hora, Slovianoserbsk, and Zholobok has been observed, while about 10-15 tanks still remain on the same sites, and the hardware has been masked, being hidden mostly in forest belts," the report says.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on October 5, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine said the LPR militants had withdrawn 30 tanks away from the contact line.
