"The militant leaders demonstrate complete disregard for the provisions of the Minsk peace agreements. DPR leader Oleksandr Zakharchenko has given an order in person to the First Army Corps, allowing the use of any type of weapons to shell the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the GUR reported.
