"In general I think he [Musk] should be treated as serious, he should also be taken very seriously. For example, our specialists and myself have studied some of his technical solutions in detail, and I can say that we feel ashamed, but we will use some of them," the Russian newspaper Vedomosti quoted the official as saying.
