At the same time, imports of ferrous metals increased by 32.3% to $385.3 million while shipments of metalware from abroad grew by 18.2%, to $267.8 million. As reported by UNIAN, Ukraine in 2017 increased revenue from exports of ferrous metals by 19.6% to $8.7 billion. Earnings from metalware exports last year were 30% up to $896.7 million.
