The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine has reported the representatives of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" ("LPR") transferred funds to government-controlled areas in relation to a water utility payment.

"In Luhansk region, the SMM monitored adherence to a window of silence and facilitated reportedly a transfer of funds from non-government to government-controlled areas in relation to a water utility payment," the OSCE SMM said in an update on June 9 based on information received as of 19:30, June 8, 2018.
