
The net international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in May 2018 grew by 3.8%, to US$6.955 billion.

Since the beginning of the year, the NBU net reserves have expanded by 4.2%, according to the NBU website.
UNIAN memo. The NBU's net international reserves in 2017 increased by 58.5%, to $6.696 billion.
Ukraine's total international reserves stood at $18.120 billion as of June 1, 2018, which was 2.5% down against the figure recorded at the beginning of the year.
Building up net international reserves is one of Ukraine's obligations under the cooperation program with the International Monetary Fund.
